Tottenham are in dialogue with the Italian coach Paulo Fonseca, who left AS Roma after the just-concluded season. According to Sky Sports, which believes to know that the Portuguese coach is close to being able to sign a three-year contract.
And it's not just a new manager who needs to be found at Tottenham. The same media reports that the London club is expected to be able to present a new sports director later this week. Here it is the former Juventus employee Fabio Paratici who is on the block, and he allegedly should have been involved in the decision to hire Paulo Fonseca.
If Paulo Fonseca is presented as the new manager of Tottenham, the London club will have changed manager with AS Roma. After the end of the season, Jose Mourinho left his managerial job at Tottenham to take control of Roma, and now Fonseca can take the trip the other way.
