Case : Delegation Steem Power
From the day after the delegation, upvu will vote once a day according to the ratio. In the addtion you will be received rewards(about annual 20%) 7 days after delegation.
Case : Steem transmission
You can receive UPVU tokens within 5 minutes when sending Steem. UPVU has the same effect as 1STEEM POWER(voting and reward as well).
