On a weekly time frame, Badger has reached the resistance of a down channel with bullish divergence as priceline was setting lower lows and stochastic was forming higher lows. Right now Badger is struggling to break $4.40 and channel resistance levels at the same time. As soon as it breaks out the channel there can be a big bull rally started.
