Saigon is an interesting place. In addition to Halloween in Saigon, I have seen Saigon street food, which includes things like coconut worms, which are huge grubs that wiggle around and are dipped in an oil with spices, and then eaten. They are eaten with chopsticks, held by the head, and you bite it where the head meets the body, eating everything but the head. Coconut worms are perfect for a Saigon Halloween treat. Andrew Zimmern has most likely eaten them at least once.
