흑인 최초로 미국 국무장관과 합참의장을 지낸 콜린 파월 전 국무장관이
신종 코로나 합병증으로 사망했다.

국무장관 당시 유엔 안전보장이사회에서
이라크전쟁의 정당성을 연설한것에 대해 잘못을 시인하고
인정한 콜린 파월은 훌륭한분이었다고 생각된다...
(개인적으로는 이라크전쟁은 피할수가 없었다는 생각...)

조 바이든 미 대통령은 모든 관공서, 해외 대사관,
군 시설에 조기 게양을 지시했다.

현재 우리나라에는 존경받는 이런 군인과 장관들이 있나??

          우리나라처럼 군인들을 홀대 하는 나라는 드물 것 같네요.
          징병이라서 그런지...ㅠㅠ
