매주 1회 도축한 소가 들어온다는 정육점에서 육사시미를 사봤습니다.
육회나 육사시미는 싱싱하지 않으면 맛이 많이 떨어지는데 이날 고기는 참 좋은것 같더라구요.
예약을 하고 이만원어치 샀더니 미리 포장을 해놨고 여럿이 먹기엔 조금 적은 양이라 추가로 사려고 했더니 재료가 다 떨어졌다고 해서 아쉬웠습니다.
다음에도 소 잡는날 맞춰서 싱싱한 육사시미를 즐겨야 겠습니다.
