[카카얘기] 220918 _ 일주일 하루는 쉬어야~~!!

하루를 빡빡하게??(나름) 살다 보니
잠이 항상 부족합니다.

월~토 대부분 하루 5~6시간을 잡니다.
그래서 그런지 일요일을 정말 잠이 그립습니다.

오늘도 7시에 일어나고
잠시 빈둥 11시에 밥을 먹고 밥먹으며
소주를 4잔 했는데 너무너무 졸려서
자고 일어났더니 낮잠을 4시간정도 잤네요
몸이 많이 풀린 느낌입니다.

아들은 군대가고 딸아이는 고1이고
주말에 챙길 아이들이 없네요
아내도 주중엔 운동을 하다보니
주말엔 좀 쉬고 싶어하구요

일요일은 특별한 일이 거의 없네요
오늘 푹 쉬었으니 내일은 또
엄청 열심히 살아야 겠죠
주말 마무리 잘 하시고
내일부터 또 화이팅입니다.
