That's not a bee but a fly (order: Diptera, family: Syrphidae).

Opposite to bees with four wings, flies have only two wings plus halteres.

    Thanks for the information but we normally call it a bee here. Now I am getting into actual insect's life. To know about them and their species is becoming more interesting now. Thanks @jaki01

    ... which doesn't change the fact that it is a fly (which is actually mimicking a wasp). :)
