So closest to having 100 legs is 49 pair of legs which makes 98 total legs or 51 pair of legs which makes 102 legs total.
This centipede here have 15 pairs or 30 legs total (if count was right - strange angle of photo ).
Also each segment has one pair of legs and this centipede have 15 segments (again if count was right).
