During yesterday's clashes in the 2019/2020 CEV men's volleyball champions league, Turkish top volleyball team, Fenerbahçe HDI Sigorta Istanbul could do little against their visitors, Italian based volleyball team, Itas Trentino after both teams went head-on.
The visiting side of Itas Trentino made it 1-3 (25-17, 22-25, 27-29, 20-25) agaist a very strong team and in the process, increased their chances of featuring in the quater finals of the competition while on the hand, made the chances of their hosts, qualifying, much more slimmer.
Itas Trentino's Vettori came off as the top scorer for the winning side after he successfully hitted 21 points for the visitor's which proved decisive and contributed heavily in their win against the turkish champions.
