Top polish based volleyball team, Zaksa Kędzierzyn-Koźle secured their place in the quarter finals of the highly regarded and much talked about global competition, The 2019/2020 CEV men's volleyball championship, thanks to their 3-0 (25-19, 25-18, 25-20) victory over Knack Roeselare.
The competition holds a record of featuring some of the best volleyball club teams in all of Europe (Italy, Spain, Belgium, France et al), all contending for the much coveted trophy many teams would only dream to have alongside other trophies in their cabinets.
The visitors (Knack Roeselare) were clearly outclassed by a team who have had it going for a while now, in terms of their performances, hunger and dedication towards. The win made it four wins out of four in the competition this term and gave them quater finals qualification.
Árpád Barót came on as the top scorer of the home team of Zaksa Kędzierzyn-Koźle during the encounter. The player who is of Hungarian descent was able to secure 12 points for the home team and along with the collective efforts of team members, proved decisive in their win over Knack Roeselare.
