Thirteen days ago @cryptoandcoffee created a post entitled Too Much of a Coincidence and Most Likely Planned telling about how Arsenal was hunting a manager. On the pictured he shared, there many managers who were possible to manage Arsenal. And one of them was Mikel Arteta.
I wrote a comment on the post, I said that Arteta is promising to manage Arsenal and he is unpredictable. And I am correct that finally Arsenal signed Arteta their new manager.
In my opinion Arteta is a potential manager, and he could bring Arsenal to win some titles in next 2 or 3 years.
I could say that Arteta is lucky to manage a big team of Premier League. This is his first job as manager of a professional club. So, it’s acceptable if some people are doubt about his managing ability.
He was an assistant manager of Pep Guardiola. I think Arteta has learnt a lot of things from Guardiola. And Arteta start to manage a club at 37 years old, same age like Guardiola when coaching Bercelona. I hope Arteta will be successful in Arsenal.
I think he will do very well and I am sure it helped with Man City playing Arsenal recently. He would have discussed the strengths and weaknesses in detail with Pep giving him a clear understanding of how to turn their fortunes around. I expect to see them challenging for a possible top 4 position if Chelsea and Tottenham keep leaving the door open.

Arteta has a very good experience as a player. Primarily he was a defensive midfielder, but later played more attacking role in his carrier.
Being associated with Barca, Evertone and Asnanel, he has gained enough experience to handle a club in such a big stage for sure.
Though relatively he is young compared to other popular managers, I feel he has the potential to reshape the team Arsanel, which needs a lot of improvement on field and performance.

I think this is a big gamble by both Arteta and Arsenal. First Arteta has never managed a club before and I would love to to see how he handles the egos in the dressing room. Yes he has promise but Arsenal are getting inexperience. On the other hand if Arteta fails at Arsenal it would be a blow to his career as a lot would think that the hype was all for nothing. So it was also a risk for him coming to Arsenal instead of a smaller club.
