I think the Heat is the best fit to help replace the ball handling they lost in losing Winslow. The Celtics are super deep in guards and wings and i can't see Turner being of much use to them. I think Marvin Williams would have helped the Celtics...surprised they aren't trying harder to keep him from going to the Bucks
