I hope they come in droves. LOL! These rules are simple rules but they matter.
I would rather give people the right to be creative and express themselves than limit them by overruling them.

I don't like Plagiarism.

I want the content to be new and fresh. I get tired of seeing the same thing on every social media and I can't escape the saturation of certain memes. It gets boring and I want to do something else cause it is no longer entertaining.

Using the same image with a different caption is also acceptable as long as you made the caption.
