RentSP Fix: When the Delegatee is @justyy

When I developed the rentsp, I never thought that the delegatee would be myself @justyy

And in fact, the dApp had some problems:

OperationalError [RpcError]: Assert Exception:delegator != delegatee: You cannot delegate VESTS to yourself

@joslud sent a payment and wrote a review here

I asked for the intention and decided to refund, and then @joslud sent a correct payment which followed a succesful delegation.
