The node api.justyy.com was down for a few hours - as the SSL certificate expired.
I have a script to renew the SSL certificate however for this instance, I had to manually restart the nginx server - not sure why.
I had 4 servers that require SSL ceriticates, but the free version of ZeroSSL supports up to 3.
