Turning api.steemyy.com to a Load Balancer Node (London)

Previously, the api.steemyy.com is a simple Jussi forwarding node (for testing purpose). I have now made it a Load Balancer Node, based on this

When I setup this node, I feel it is very easy and convenient. Simply run the ./build-and-run.sh. The only thing to configure is the SSL in the .config.json
