THE DIARY GAME : 08/01/2020 : A family day !

Hello Friends ,
It was a very good day for me and was able to complete lot of work and to spend some time with my wife. We rarely go out these days due to COVID 19 issue. But today afternoon we went out as we wanted to buy some grocery items. We were unable to go in the morning as it was heavily raining. But we left the home at around 4.00 p.m and went to Keels super market at Katubedda.

I must say this is not a good time to be in roads in Colombo. Specially after 4.00 pm as people are on roads after finishing their work in offices . So roads are really busy during 4.00 p.m to 6.00 pm in Colombo. But it's just few minutes drive to market from our place. We just have to go through one color light.

We entered the super market after following the security steps taken for the COVID 19 pandemic. We have to provide our contact details , measure temperature and wash our hands. Luckily there were no much people in the super market , so we were able to collect every thing we need without a hurry.

Keells Super at K-Zone is a really good super market with a decent supporting staff. We use this place for years now and never had a bad experience. Every thing is arranged well organized and very comfortable for any customer. We spend around 30 minutes buying the things we wanted. We basically bought milk , chicken , fish , tea , vegetables etc.

And after buying the things we need we started our way back to home. And I wanted to spend some time on the walking path. So we stopped there as it's really good place to be relax. This is the place where we normally come to do exercises. It's located within walking distance to our place.

My wife made a chicken soup for the dinner

Then we came back to home. My wife prepared a soup for the dinner. We normally do not take heavy meals for the dinner. I enjoyed watching some teledramas and read some articles in Steemit. So it was my day
