METHOD
First take a medium sized avocado, peel it, cut it into small pieces and put it in a blender .
Then add a cup of fresh milk.
Then add 1 to 3 tablespoons raw sugar (depending on desired sweetness), and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract if desired.
Mix on medium speed for 2 or 3 minutes until the pieces are completely mixed.
If your choice is a thick avocado juice, add less milk. If you prefer a thin avocado juice, add more milk.
Then pour the avocado into a glass and enjoy with your family..😋😋😋

I love avocado so much. My favorite fruit. I like both drinking and eating avocado. But I never made avocado drink in this way. I mean, I never added fresh milk before.
