The snack found by me.

Have ever you tried 'fried Breadfruit slices wrapped in sugar'? It is a one good sweet snack to have in evenings right? After seeing the Bananas (සීනි කෙසෙල්) brought from the market, I got this thought to make the same thing but using Bananas instead of Breadfruit. It was so easy to make and here is how.

Ingredients.

• 6 half riped Banana fruits.
• 5 table spoons of sugar.
• 5 table spoons of water.

1.Peel the Bananas and cut them into thin slices.

2.Deep fry those slices in coconut oil.

3.Put sugar and water to a pot and heat untill sugar melts in water.

4.Now add fried Banana slices to the pot and mix well.

Now you can enjoy.

The name I gave to this snack is 'sweet Banana chips'. The Bananas I used were fully riped and that is why it tasted so sweet. So, it will be better if half riped Bananas can be used to make this. The other mistake I made was cutting middle size slices. Thin slices are much better and easy to fry. But it was a delicate sweet to taste in evening with a cup of tea.
