Hello my dear and appreciated Sri Lankan community in your contest that I consider a real challenge Sri Lanka-MONTHLY CONTEST | P C R - BATTLE MONTH, today on my third day in a row trying to achieve the goal.

Today I want to share one of my tastes and that here in my country we call cake de tunja or papelon (sugar cane syrup) is a very easy cake in which you can only use those two ingredients together with 400 ml of water, the rest Ingredients such as dressings (cinnamon, sweet guayabita, small anise etc are optional, as well as butter or egg) with just these two ingredients you can have an excellent, easy and economical cake

Looks likes very tasty. I normally eat butter cakes and chocolate cakes. So this a very good thing to have a try. Definitely, I will give this recipe to my wife and sister-in-law, as they are very interested in new recipes.

Dare is very easy and very delicious, I hope it is to your liking and that of your family.

In these times of pandemic it is very good to have at hand a delicious and economical recipe. Because of the financial situation many will choose not to spend money on things like desserts and other products that are not a priority, but this one comes perfect because of the ease and the minimal amount of ingredients. I would have loved to see the whole process step by step and the result @Keniaescalonag.

By the way, I don't know if you are aware, but you should not mention the curators no matter if it's steemcurator01, 02, or booming itself because it makes their job a little more difficult.

It seems very tasty. Frankly, I never heard this cake names ; cake de tunja or papelon.
