@sankamadhushanka, you are welcome to Sri-Lankan community and you have brought us an interesting article. As you mentioned, yes It is a wonder and difficult to even imagine how it was built by their ancestors before no's of centuries.

Many tourists are used to traveling in Egypt just to see these wonders which could generate massive income into Egypt. I also wish to visit this place at least once in my life.

Searching facts about Cleopatra and pyramids once was one of my great obsession. It is amazing how a civilization was lasted and a this kind of miracle was built in the middle of a dessert.

Actually we can’t imagine how they build them 4000 years ago.

That knowledge is still a mystery I guess.

Hi @sankamadhushanka, Welcome to the community!
I must say that this is a great article written by you as a first post here on this community.
This topic is always my favorite one since my childhood. As I remember, I knew about it from a cartoon, name 'Nayil Nadie Kumari. You may know about it. I was so curious about Egypt and its pyramids. Actually, they are great creations. I can't even believe how they build those. However, we must appreciate those ancients in Egypt. A great article btw.

Sigiriya rock fortress is one of the most important ancient historical sites in our country, where we have no pyramids situated in our motherland. I, personally haven’t visited any of the pyramids around the world, but your article; has given me a good knowledge of the structural background and the importance of pyramids. Thereby, you’ve done a great job!
