Healthy Drinks for Healthy Life 🍹

Do you think is it enough to earn money or doing a job or pursuing your goals for a better life? NO! It's not enough at all! Do you spend your whole time to fulfill those things? Then, what about our HEALTH? Do we even care about it? Most of us do not care about our health. There are so many things to increase our physical health. One thing is, we can do workouts. The other thing is Food control. Most of the time we eat food which is not good for our health. Well, here I'm going to share some easy and healthy smoothies which are good for our health. They are so easy to prepare and refresh your mind too.

I tried the following smoothies last few days. The main ingredients were fruits. The followings are the ingredients I used for these smoothies. The important fact is I cut fruits into small pieces and they were frozen overnight. Then add all the ingredients into the blender and blended it for about a few minutes. You can use the quantity of the ingredients according to your taste. Furthermore, I didn't add a bit of sugar.

Watermelon Smoothie🍉
Ingredients
✔Watermelon pieces ✔Low fat strawberry yogurt ✔2tsp of honey

Banana Smoothie🍌
Ingredients
✔ Banana pieces ✔1/2 of cinnamon powder ✔2 tsp of cocoa powder ✔ 1tbsp of peanut butter ✔1/2 cup of fresh milk

Mango Smoothie🍋
Ingredients
✔ Mango pieces ✔ 1tbsp of honey ✔ Low fat yogurt ✔ Chia seeds ✔ 1/4 cup of fresh milk

Pineapple, and Mango Smoothie🍍🍋
Ingredients
✔ Pineapple, and Mango pieces ✔1tbsp of honey ✔1/4 cup of fresh milk ✔Chia seeds

Watermelon juice🍉
I used to drink this juice after workouts. It's so refreshing to me😊.

✔Watermelon ✔Lime

I think these are so easy to prepare. As well, you can add more fruits or other healthy ingredients to these smoothies. All you have to do is; blend the all ingredients and drink !! If you know other types of smoothies or some healthy ingredients for this; don't forget to share them with me😊.
