柿子饼又称柿饼，是中国著名的传统小吃，营养价值很高，柿饼表面的白色物质是柿霜，主要成分果糖，很好吃， 并不是所有的柿子都能用于制作柿饼，制作柿饼的柿子含糖量很高，柿饼好吃，但并不合适所有人群.
