Today is my cheat day and I cheat it with a green bowl.
But tomorrow it's gonna be a sweet catastrophe! Can't hardly wait!
Ingredients:
Broccoli
30 g quinoa
2 eggs
spring onion
almonds
lemon juice
harissa flakes
hempseed
Roast broccoli for 15 minutes and almonds.
Boil quinoa with salt.
Boil eggs. I boiled them too much.
Chop the onion, almonds.
In a bowl, put quinoa, broccoli, eggs, almonds.
Drizzle the lemon juice and olive oil.
Sprinkle harissa flakes, hempseed.
And tomorrow treat will be this
