So much for just one post. Another of my favorite dishes is called 'Hilsa Fish Egg Roast'.

Our Bengalis have thirteen festivals in twelve months 'Bengali in fish rice'. The Bengalis want to have fish in the thirteenth festival of the twelve months. And if that fish is the national fish hilsa fish, then there is no question. The silver hilsa of Padma-Meghna is so famous and its taste is so incomparable that I have never heard anyone say that he does not like hilsa fish. My favorite fish is hilsa fish. And he also likes 'roasted hilsa fish eggs'. But now it is not possible to eat it. The reason is that the government has banned the capture of mother hilsa with eggs in the larger interest of the country. However, even with such precautionary fish, fishermen rarely get a chance to eat roasted hilsa fish when their mother catches hilsa. However, the taste and color of this dish is so wonderful that this dish has become one of my favorite dishes.
