I don't know exactly how long ago. Even some time ago, Bharta was just a post of food prepared by the housewife with utmost care.

But in the course of time and with its incomparable taste, Bharta has taken its place in the big food shops, hotels and restaurants. Now, even if you go to eat in those places, you can see it in the very top row of the food menu. But the big thing is that Bharta is one of my favorite foods.
