糯米浸泡在水中,至少五个小时以上,泡好的糯米体积增大,颜色发白
把糯米滤干,需要半小时
葱姜切末,和食盐一起加入糯米之中
加入淀粉,目的是让糯米松散的沾上淀粉
所有材料混合,等待5-10分钟
锅里倒入食用油,烧到六成热,油温不能不过热,小火慢烧
把做好的料少量倒入,炸到金黄,分多次炸完剩下的
美味的香脆锅巴可以吃了,但一定等凉了再吃 :)
