Remnant: From the Ashes - Subject 2923 announces launch price

Perfect World Entertainment and Gunfire Games are pleased to announce that Subject 2923, the latest and largest DLC from Remnant: From the Ashes, will be available on PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4 from August 20th for £9.99.

Subject 2923 features two new areas, including the mysterious Main Base. The DLC also includes the "Subject 2923" campaign mode, which serves as a closure to the exciting post-apocalyptic story of Remnant: From the Ashes, as well as new missions, bosses, weapons, items, armor sets, and more. Remnant: From the Ashes - Complete Edition includes the base game Remnant: From the Ashes, the first DLC Swamps of Corsus, and the upcoming DLC Subject 2923. It will be released on August 20th on PCs and consoles for $49.99.

In Subject 2923, the survivors will embark on an expedition to the Main Base military facility, where they will face several unsolved mysteries. Among these unknowns is the origin of the "Dreamers" and their relationship to the dreaded Root, the invading force that has ravaged the Earth. In the 1960s, the U.S. military discovered a huge alien rock carved with strange symbols next to a wall covered with runes of an unknown language. In deciphering the meaning of the runes, they discovered the power of the World Stone and how to create Dreamers, humans linked to powerful entities living in other worlds. In order to experiment with this knowledge, the army built the military facility known as the Main Base.

In order to definitively end the Root, players must explore the Main Base and discover the truth behind the Dreamer Project, as well as unravel the mysteries of other bases in Remnant's multi-verse From the Ashes.
