Capcom conducts a survey on 'Resident Evil Village' to find out if we want a demo and other things

Next year, the eighth installment of the main series of the beloved and most famous horror franchise in the world of video games, 'Resident Evil Village', will be launched.

The game will be a direct continuation of 'Resident Evil 7' itself, and although we don't have an official date for its debut yet, it is likely to hit stores over the next year. But in the meantime, Capcom has been interested in user feedback and wants to know what our wishes are for the title. That's why it has launched a survey where it asks us some interesting questions.

Peculiar questions

Capcom has conducted surveys on its games in the past and is interested in the opinion of its users in order to obtain their feedback. For this occasion, the survey is aimed directly at 'Resident Evil Village'. It asks a variety of questions, such as what users think about the game and how much they know about it, or how they feel about the published information about the game and its new approach, or how they feel about the game coming back to life and which platforms they plan to purchase the game on.

The curiosity is highlighted at this point because in asking that last question, the survey mentions an Xbox Digital X console, even though it has not been officially announced. Well, this point is for everyone to take as they see fit. Some questions even seem to directly allude to a possible demo, which wouldn't be far-fetched at all, since the last three games received them. In another section, we are also allowed to write anything we like about the game, in free mode.

Resident Evil Village will be released for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, and PC platforms sometime in 2021. I can't wait to try it out!
