Acting Regent Coordinates and Holds Audience on Accelerating RTRW with the Ministry of ATR/BPN.

Acting Regent of Bireuen, Jalaluddin, S.H., M.M together with his staff visited the Ministry of Agrarian and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) in Jakarta, Wednesday, January 13, 2025, for coordination and audience regarding the acceleration of the Regional Spatial Planning (RTRW).

In the meeting, the Acting Regent was accompanied by the Deputy Chairperson of the Regency People's Representative Council (DPRK), Surya Dharma, S.H, and the Acting Regional Secretary (Plh Sekda) Hanafiah, SP., CGCAE together with the Heads of Regency Work Units (SKPK) within the Bireuen Regency Government (Pemkab).

Deputy Minister of the Ministry of ATR/BPN, Ossy Dermawan accompanied by the Director of Regional Spatial Planning Development for Region I, Rahma Julianti, welcomed the presence of the Bireuen Regency Government, in order to carry out intensive coordination.

According to him, this coordination is important so that the regional regulations that will be stipulated do not conflict with higher regulations and ensure their compliance with the public interest, he explained.

Acting Regent of Bireuen, Jalaluddin, S.H., M.M said that with this coordination and audience, it is hoped that the RTRW of Bireuen Regency can be stipulated immediately. "This RTRW is a reference in the utilization of space or regional development," he said.

In addition, it is also expected to open up investment opportunities and economic potential and support the development of the Bireuen Regency area that is more focused and sustainable, said the Acting Regent.
