Almuslim University (Umuslim) Peusangan Bireuen, Monday (24/2/2025) held an open senate meeting to graduate 442 graduates.
Of that number, 68 of them graduated cum laude. Of the 68 people who graduated with the best grades, only two were men, the rest were women.
In an open senate meeting in a special tent in front of the MA Jangka building, the Chancellor for Academic Affairs, Haqim Muttaqim BS Oc Sc SH M EC Dev AFA said that the 442 graduates who graduated were from the Faculty of Agriculture 35 people, the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) (167), Faculty of Engineering (21), Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (136), Faculty of Computer Science (20), Faculty of Economics (14), Faculty of Health (43) and Postgraduate six people.
Of that number, 68 students graduated cum laude. The students who graduated cum laude were Nadariani (Bachelor of Aquaculture), Nurmasyitah (Bachelor of Agrotechnology), Hidayatul Fitri (Bachelor of Mathematics Education) and Siti Nadia Afwadi, Nurhayati, Aya Sopia (Bachelor of Biology Education).
Next, Cut Aliya Masyarah Melgia (Bachelor of Indonesian Language Education), Fadhlia, Farah Nabila, Dini Rifani, Sofi Amalia, Nurafni, Marlinda (Bachelor of Economics Education), Khairunnisa, Cut Iwana Amalia, Izzatun Nafsi and Syahira Ana Taya (Bachelor of Geography Education).
Next, Noval Andrian, Ayu Muspika. Qurrata 'Ayun, Murniati, Sausan Afra, Azizar Aula, Zuhra Fahira, Zuhratun Safara, Nanda, Nuryulia, Nurhadia Humaira, Liatin Nisak, Rahmatul Azkia, Farah Nabila, Intan Mutia, Nadia, Vera Ulfi, Syarafina, Molina, Milda Husna, Humairah, Syarifah Aini, Innaya, Rina Yuliza, Raihan Maulidar and Zulkhaira (Bachelor of Elementary School Teacher Education).
Next, Intan Mulyani, Ardy Kal Muna (Bachelor of Civil Engineering) M Ba'asyir (Bachelor of Architecture), Asmaul Husna (Bachelor of Informatics), Dinda Ariska and Intan Riza Safrina (Bachelor of Development Economics).
Then, Nadia Urizky, Tasnim Miska, Yusi Lutfia Akasah, Mawaddah, Nisaul Khaira, Ulfa Safira, Putri Maisarah, Raisa Fadlia, Hastuti, Nazirah Ulva, Naila Rahmah, Isna Maulina, Meli Agustina, Nurul Annisa, Ona Fitria, Raisa Munira Sari, Zuryati Masna and Yuza Humaira (D3 Midwifery).
Of the 68 cumlade graduates, two of them are men, namely Ardy Kal Muda (S1 Civil Engineering) and M Ba'asyir (S1 Architecture).
The Chairperson of the Almuslim Peusangan Bireuen Foundation who is also a member of the Aceh People's Representative Council (DPRA), serving as deputy chairman of Commission 1 of the DPRA Rusyidi Mukhtar SSos or who is often called Ceulangiek, invited the graduates of Almuslim University to always maintain the good name of their alma mater in society.
He said that the graduation ceremony attended by the graduates did not mean the end of education, but rather should be used as a starting point for a new struggle in implementing the abilities and skills that have been acquired during the completion of their studies.
"Later, you will be dealing directly with the community. Of course, the knowledge gained must be used as well as possible in your respective villages, while maintaining the good name of the university's alma mater," said Rusyidi Mukhtar.
He hopes that all graduates, the academic degrees and skills that have been obtained, must be capital that can provide greater opportunities to play a role and work in pursuing a career to achieve success in life.
