Extending Help to Typhoon Victims Near my School

Our days here has been mostly darkness. At times we don't usually see the beauty of the world for it is shadowed by the struggles we are facing.

People have lost houses and even doesn't have food to eat. So with what I can help I volunteered to help sir @bien to distribute the needed tickets to be able to identify the people who will be distributed for the simple help he had prepared.

Together with other steemians @abby0207 @kyrie1234 and @fabio2614 we help in preparing and distributed the tickets per houses. Honestly crushes my heart to see a lot of people affected but I can only help a little.

Its just amazing how people can still smile despite the hardships they have faced. I am inspired by this man who seemed so optimistic even if his house was washed away from the storm.

Talked to some of them and heard how they plead about fixing their roof. How some government officials ignored them and passed by their houses. I can not do anything to lessen their burdens but I can only listen and share a bit of help. I am hoping when the internet connection will be stable in my place I will try to prepare something to help this people.

I know we can not change what has happened here but at least we can make a difference by sharing a little.

The people who received the help we shared are more than happy. This can already help their daily needs. Though we can not give to all of them but at least we have shared to some of them. I know things will be better soon but as long as I can do something to help I will never get tired of helping people.
