Official Strategic Dynamic Archival Information System Application Used in the Bireuen Government.

The Regency Work Unit (SKPK) within the Bireuen Regency Government, has officially been able to use the Strategic Dynamic Archives Information System (SRIKANDI) application after being launched in an activity held by the Bireuen Library and Archives Service (Disperpusip), Thursday (27/6/2024) morning, in the Wisma Bireuen Jaya Hall.

The use of the application was launched by the PJ Regent of Bireuen, Aulia Sofyan, Ph.D who was represented by Assistant II Secretariat, Dailami, SHut MLing together with the Head of the Aceh Library and Archives Service, DR Edi Yandra, SSTP MSP.

Assistant II of the Bireuen Regional Secretariat, Dailami, in his speech said, there are several benefits for SKPK which are able to implement the Srikandi application well, including facilitating communication, coordination between SKPK, provinces and districts, regional governments, and the center, as well as facilitating access to archival information needed by the public .

By using the SRIKANDI application, it is hoped that the performance of the apparatus will improve
increased and more optimal in achieving organizational targets and supporting paper saving efforts. "Hopefully this SRIKANDI application can be useful for all SKPKs within the Bireuen Regency Government," he said.

Head of the Bireuen Library and Archives Service (Kadiperpusip), Drs Muhammad Nasir, MPd previously said in a report that the Srikandi application had been launched by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia, becoming a general application in the archives sector in the Electronic Based Government System (SPBE) in accordance with Presidential Regulation (Perpres) Number 95 of 2018, concerning electronic-based government systems (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia 2018 No. 182).

"In the SRIKANDI application, all analog and digital-based information can be recorded properly so that it becomes evidence of accountability and the nation's collective memory. The existence of SRIKANDI is to realize effective, transparent governance through authentic and trustworthy archive management," he explained.

The aim of this launching activity is to accelerate the implementation of the SRIKANDI application in all Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) in Bireuen. Also aligning and unifying perceptions, expanding knowledge of the SRIKANDI application which will later be implemented in the Bireuen Regency Government.

Meanwhile, the Head of the Aceh Perpusip Department, DR Edi Yandra, SSTP MSP, in his speech, said, among other things, that he hopes that the OPD will not be allergic to using the SRIKANDI application, the deadline for implementing this application is December 2024.

"If by December 2024 there is a government, there are SKPK ranks who don't use this application, then they won't be able to send letters anymore, SKPK can immediately implement this SRIKANDI," he said.
