Official Report: Wheelchair for Nasriah and 1st announcement of steem.amal monthly forecast

It was true happiness when I saw her eyes never moved away even a blink from a brand new wheelchair that steem.amal brought to her that evening. It was a rainy evening, when @nazarul and I should bring the wheelchair by motorbike, it was a bit difficult to bring it by motorbike, but we have not much choice to go for. Nasriah with her wound on her sole of of her left feet enduring her pain from the gangrene in the rainy evening while looking at @nazarul and I lifted the wheelchair.

She is on the first wheelchair for her whole life

"I feel a lot better now, I can go the bathroom and I want to see around the house, it has been long time I haven't seen around this house"

The first wheelchair distributed to Nasriah on April 23th, 2021. @nazarul as the Steem.amal Pidie Jaya Field Coordinator arrange the delivery progress and hired a nurse who would clean Nasriah's wound. The wheelchair program is a part of Steem.amal Health Care Program, the program is budgeted a month ago along with Putri Aura emergency response. The program just started now and will be rolling over for a month. 5 wheelchairs have been allocated to support the first phase of the Health Care Program all over Indonesia. The total allocated budget for the first phase of the program is Rp. 10,000,000, it is only for health care and medical assistance for 5 candidates.

The total budget allocated for steem.amal fund as of today as you can see in below table:

From the available fund, only Rp 5,354,474.67 has not been allocated

These forecashting budget is for controlling the fund and expenditure cash flow of steem.amal base on the current available fund in the steem.amal wallet.

In order to manage the efficiency of the program, evaluation on budgeting is a key point. It is a basic role of program implementation to be integrated with the whole steem.amal financial system. Thus the matter all the steem.amal board member must take a serious consideration of proposing the program within the month. Indeed it is fluctuated, base on the coin market prices, but at least steem.amal has a secure planning for implementation of the next program.

The key success of the program implementation is planning the worst scenario in advance and prepare for the solution. And this forcasht is something steem.amal needs, although it is not a perfect plan, but at least we have figured the budget requirement for a month.
