Good evening to all and hello my dear friends! How are you doing? Hoping all are well and are safe. May we be blessed with love, peace and success.

Thursday morning of June 20th, I prepared my reviewer before going downstairs. I charge my laptop and placed all the notes for todays subject to be reviewed and studied. I then went downstairs and prepare all the ingredients to cooked for our breakfast/lunch. I then prepare the plates at the dinning table and called my brothers to eat.

After eating and feeling stuffed. I went upstairs and then began reviewing, then I remembered that I need to play my game and claim my rewards. I went on and focused on my study as I finish my game. The subject I am studying is about anesthesiology and so I took my book as to compare and for additional reference for my study. I went on and review every techniques and landmarks. Took down some notes as well and since there are already question and answers on the handouts that was given to us, i did not have to make a document out of it on my laptop.

In the afternoon as I was feeling hot since I am at the second floor and the sun outside is pretty high and it feels like it is summer. Even though the rainy season enters the year, it may have seemed that the summer heat lingers to these country especially in the afternoon. I went downstairs to get myself some refreshment and some scoop of ice cream. I then continue and finished the first half of the recorded lecture before taking a break.

Finishing the first half of the lesson, I went and took a long break as I was feeling kinda off about something. I then went on and updated my post on my steemit account to make myself feel better. I did not want to make it a habit of overthinking and so I resorted on doing my daily diary which helps me clear some problems and

After posting my blog entry, I felt hungry and have something to eat. I opened a canned tuna and eat my afternoon food. I was not craving some biscuit and I am in need of some food that can really fill my stomach since I am reviewing and in need of nutrition and strength to go on. I mixed the tuna to my rice bowl and sprinkled some salt to add more savory taste to it.

I went back to study and began with the second half of the lecture. I finishes around 5 in the evening. I took a nap after a good review. By the time I noticed the time, I got up from my nap. I was kind of feeling hungry and so I checked first my phone and walked downstairs. My younger brother had cooked us some chicken hotdog and so I have my dinner. He already had his dinner and so again, I was alone eating.

Finishing my dinner, I went and spoke to my younger brother, we watched some videos on TikTok and decided to go back upstairs and review some of the question and answer that I retype and made. I downloaded a PDF copy of it so I can scan and read it on my phone. I was struggling as some of it might not come on the quiz tomorrow. Well anyway, what I hoped more is that most of the questions here will come out on the actual board exam questions.
