The morning alarm went off as usual, indicating that dawn had arrived, I hurried to clean myself and headed to the mosque closest to the dormitory to fulfill my obligation, namely the morning prayer. After that I returned to the dormitory and changed into sports clothes because I wanted to exercise in the morning. Apart from being healthy, morning exercise is one solution to get rid of sleepiness in the morning and make the activities you are going to undertake more enthusiastic because your body starts to feel fit and fresh, if you don't believe it, try it and feel it yourself hehe.

The exercise I did this morning was walking + jogging to the 0 kilometer point in Yogyakarta which is about 3 KM from the hostel where I live, yes, it's quite a long distance, but it won't feel like it at all if you enjoy it, because along the way there are so many beautiful buildings of the past. In the past, it still stood strong so that it amazes the eye so that even long distances will feel close. From the hostel to point 0 Km Yogyakarta I walked lightly as a form of warming up my body, then after returning from point 0 to the hostel I traveled by jogging.

After arriving at the 0 km point I rested my body for a while while observing the traffic flow there, from cars to buses taking turns passing traffic signs, even though it was still quite early in the morning, the traffic flow was already quite busy, this was one of the things that made me I was amazed by this city and the people in it, apart from being friendly, the people were very early in their activities in the morning, which made me as a newcomer feel insecure if I didn't do any activities in the morning hehe.

After resting for a while, I returned home to the dormitory and jogged along the way while listening to the music I had set beforehand. It didn't feel like the third song had finished playing before I arrived at the dormitory. When I arrived at the hostel, I rested for a moment before cleaning myself with water so that the sweat would dry and my body temperature would return to normal.
Next, I carry out activities as usual, starting from studying, editing videos for managing social media content, etc. It doesn't feel like night has arrived, tonight is Thursday night, where the activity I usually do that night is attending a philosophy lecture taught by Dr. Fahruddin Faiz at the Jendral Sudirman Mosque, Yogyakarta. Tonight the theme taught is "civitalizational bankruptcy" from the Algerian philosopher Malik Bennabi. As usual, he explained a lot of explanations which were delicious food for the mind. There are several important points that I noted regarding tonight's material, God willing, I will share them in the next article.
