THE DIARY GAME | 03-24-2021 | My Baby's 8th Month DIY Photoshoot

My journal shows a task that is very important: a photoshoot for Matti's 8th month. We usually do this on the 24th although the 8th month happens on the next day, the 25th.

Originally, we planned for a photography-related setup but things didn't go as planned because of some issues on shipping our ordered lego camera toy from shopee.

For that, we decided to do a simple summer theme instead. We used items and accessories which are already in the house for our setup. We have to buy only one and that's the cake. My younger brother already bought a vanilla ube cake from Estrella Bakery.

For breakfast at seven in the morning, we had fresh fish so my father made a ceviche in local red vinegar while Matti had chocolate porridge! he liked it so much and ate a lot of it.

By lunch, I was already very excited about the shoot. I prepared his outfit which was just a sleeveless top and a pair of blue shorts. He will be using a hat too which was a gift from his aunt.

Matti had pasta and cauliflower for lunch and dinner too.

By four in the afternoon, we decided to go out already since the weather was just enough for the pictorial. Our location was just a few minute's ride from home. It took only five minutes for us to reach there.

After setting up, we had a quick photo shoot. It was very easy and fast and without realizing it, we already wrapped it up at 4:45. Before five in the afternoon, we were already home! My husband arrived just right on time for his daily meeting.
