My hubby @jmaxswivel is a rider. He has lots of rider's group with different goals. One group is just to go around the place and relax, the other team is their OFW organization in which they need to organize a certain group as part as DOLE requirements for OFW benefits and the last one is they ride for a cause. And that's what I like.

Three months ago, the president of the club gather us for a meeting. We talk about our Charity Activity and schedule it. Unfortunately, due to lockdown and lots of restrictions in our place here in Cebu, Philippines the said date is always postpone. Until, the founder just decided that we will pursue the said activity where others will just a support and stay outside the venue while some will go inside and hand our prepared gift for them.

Our team leader chose one of the orphanage in Cordova, Philippines where there were kids who were abandoned by their parents.

So we went their, and gave them 1 sack of rice, groceries, face mask, face shield, and preloved clothes. This is what I love in this team, we are not just going for a ride but we also touch lives by going to some orphanage or any establishment which needed our help. Yes, it is just little but the kids as well as the admin were happy because we had chosen them to held our charity program.

And infact, the orphanage admin give the team a certificate of appreciation for a job well done. And we are still planning for more events like this.
