Acting (Pj) Regent, Regional Leadership Coordination Forum (Forkopimda), Indonesian National Army (TNI), Indonesian National Police (Polri), Election Supervisory Committee (Panwaslih), Election Supervisory Committee (Panwaslihcam), reviewing the outermost Polling Station (TPS) and no signal, in Gampong (Desa) Pante Peusangan Km 35, Juli District, Bireuen Regency, border of Bireuen and Bener Meriah Regencies, Aceh Province, Friday (10/25/2024).
Traveling from the pendopo to the border of the district, Acting Regent Jalaluddin, SH MM and his entourage used a car, upon arriving at the location near the entrance gate to Pante Peusangan which was already awaited by the TNI-Polri.
The Acting Regent with his entourage and members of the Regency People's Representative Council (DPRK) Hidayatus Sidiq, the Chief of Police, the Kasdim, the Head of Intelligence at the District Attorney's Office, the Dansubdenpom, the TNI-Polri, the Juli Muspika, the Bireuen Panwaslih, the Juli Panwaslihcam. Going down 2 km to the settlement by motorbike and some by car through the main road which was downhill when entering and uphill when returning, the condition was badly damaged.
Upon arriving at the center of Gampong Pante Peusangan which is at the bottom of the ravine at Km 35 of the Bireuen - Takengon cross-road, the Acting Regent led an assembly which was attended by village officials and residents. The officers, together with related officials, also handed over basic necessities for underprivileged residents.
The Acting Regent of Bireuen, Jalaluddin, SH MM in his direction during the meeting at the meunasah said that his arrival with his entourage was aimed at seeing and ensuring firsthand the condition of Gampong Pante Peusangan which is one of the outermost TPS and has no signal.
"We hope that the implementation of the Pilkada here will run safely and conducively without any intimidation. During the election, people can vote as they wish according to their choice, there should be no money politics in the 2024 Pilkada," he said.
The Acting Regent said, as stated by the Bireuen Police Chief, AKBP Jatmiko, namely the most important thing is on November 27, 2024, all people must come to the TPS to vote to elect a candidate for leader according to their choice and conscience of each citizen.
"We hope that the implementation of the Pilkada in Gampong Pante Peusangan can run safely, smoothly, without any intimidation, avoid money politics, if there is a problem, immediately report it to the security forces," said the Acting Regent of Bireuen.
