Bireuen District Prosecutor's Office Receives Waqf Land Certification Award from the Agrarian Spatial Planning/National Land Agency.
Head of the Bireuen District Prosecutor's Office (Kejari), H Munawal Hadi SH MH, Monday, 11/09/2023, received an award from the Head of the Agrarian Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) Bireuen for his contribution to encouraging the implementation of the handover of waqf land certificates in Bireuen.
The award was received by the Bireuen District Prosecutor's Office (Kejari) at the same time as the symbolic handover of the Waqf Land certificate which was carried out jointly with the Agrarian Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) and the Bireuen Regency Ministry of Religion, located in the hall of the Bireuen Regency Ministry of Religion Office.
Head of Agrarian Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) Bireuen, Muhammad Zainun Zahri APtnh MH said, out of a total of 6,080 waqf land in Bireuen Regency, thanks to Kajari's active role, 265 waqf land plot certificates have been successfully handed over to the keuchik.
The award from the National Land Agency (BPN) is an expression of gratitude to the Bireuen District Prosecutor's Office (Kajari) whose active role through its Civil and State Administration functions has succeeded in encouraging all parties involved so that the handover of the certificate went well.
Upon receiving this award, the Head of the Bireuen District Prosecutor's Office (Kajari), H Munawal Hadi SH MH, also expressed his gratitude for the support from all parties who have supported this activity. He also hopes that what the Bireuen District Prosecutor's Office has done so far can be of benefit to the community.
The award presentation was attended by the Head of the Bireuen Ministry of Religion (Kankemenag), Dr Muhammad Amin MA and his staff. Also present at the activity was the Head of the Bireuen Ministry of Religion's TU Subdivision, H. Rifal Fauzal SH, Iskandar S HI as Head of the Bireuen Ministry of Religion's Islamic Guidance Section, as well as other officials from the Ministry of Religion, BPN and the Bireuen Prosecutor's Office.
