Celebrating the 78th Birthday of the Republic of Indonesia, Several Villages and Schools in Bireuen Hold Various Competitions.
A number of villages and schools in Bireuen held various competitions and entertainment games in order to celebrate the 78th Birthday (HUT) of the Republic of Indonesia.
The various competition activities were held in various villages and schools spread across 17 districts in Bireuen. The competition activities were followed from the level of children, adolescents, adults to the elderly.
Various categories of competitions were carried out successfully in various villages and schools, while the competitions held for the children category were cracker eating contests, sack races, tug of war competitions, marbles running competitions, coloring competitions, singing competitions, poetry reading competitions, walking relax and so on.
Meanwhile for the categories of teenagers, adults and parents as well as mothers are sack races, duck catching competitions, pillow fight competitions, tug of war competitions, football competitions, futsal competitions, volleyball competitions, flour relay competitions, water relay competitions, sarong relay, cooking competition, coconut shaving competition, decoration cake making competition and so on.
The competition was held not only for entertainment but also for the purpose of fostering a fighting spirit, instilling moral values, increasing unyielding and diligent attitudes, helping to stimulate intelligence and motor skills, being able to accept challenges and face risks. In addition, the competition can also be a place of socialization.
The competition to celebrate the Birthday of the Republic of Indonesia in Bireuen Regency was a success and received a positive response from the people of Bireuen.
