Good day to you all.
Hoping you had a beautiful day today.
Woke up around 5 o'clock in the morning today. I thought that my siblings and my parents are already awake at this time because they have planned last night that we will be doing Visita Iglesia, it is one of the traditions that the Filipino people do in the Holy Week where we will go to at least 7 churches and pray in each one of them. Other peeple also do the Stations of the Cross in each church where they will be reading 12 (or 14) events of the Good Friday in each station.
But because all of them are still not awake at this time, I just waited for them to wake up on their own as they are the ones who wants to do this tradition. I always do that to them of they ever try to plan something this early and just let them wake up on their own if they really want to do the activity that they want to do in the early morning. I do that to them because it's hard to wake them up in the morning.
My mother was the first to woke up around 6 o'clock in the morning to turn off the air conditioner. After she did that she went downstairs and started to prepare some food for us. I followed her after a while.

While my mother was cooking and steaming some of the food that they bought yesterday, I was doing some of my workout while I was watching TV. When my mother finishes cooking all of the food I then ate immediately. My mother and I was the first ones to eat as they are still sleeping upstairs. So we just talked and eat breakfast at the same time as also continuing to watch the next few episodes of The Wheel of Time.
After they all woke up they start to decide if we would just continue the plan that was made last night or not. Because the best way to do the Visita Iglesia is really to do it as early as 7 o'clock in the morning. Because according to my mother that the first church thhat you will go to is you will have the whole mass then for the rest of the church that you will go to is you will just have to pray in each one of the church and then go to the next one.
They just decided to continue with the plan and just go and stop for a while in each of the church that we'll be going to. We then started to prepare ourselves in going out in the afternoon. My mother started to pack some of the food that she cooked earlier for us to eat while we are in the car in going from one church to another, as churches here are not that close by with each other.

*Drive in going to the first church. *

We sat on the right side pane of the church.
When we went out of the church, there was a group of people giving free ice cream. They said that they give ice cream as it's so hot and the only thing that they could think of is to give people ice cream to counter the heat of the afternoon. Many people went to them and get one, as well as some of the guards and police in the vicinity.

For some reason some of the photos that I took from the other churches can't be uploaded here. I don't know the reason why because it's just the same quality as the other pictures that I took that was uploaded here.

In the last church that we went to, before we go in the church we ate some street food first. I missed all of the flavors of the food that we ate at that time as its been a while since I last ate those. When we went in the church, I told them that we should light up a candle in the church as what we have done the last time that we were here in the church. It's not always that we go to this church as it's really far away from us (at least an hour and a half drive from the house).
After we have light up candles and prayed, we went in and sat in the pews of the church. There was a line to the front of the church to the image of Jesus Christ Crusified. My parents and my sister lined up in front and my brother and I just waited for them.

After that, we ate first in the mall just near the church and then drove going back home.
