The Diary Game Musim 3, New Member Selection, Sunday, October 17, 2021

Greetings steemian friends.....
A very sunny morning, this morning I woke up early because I had an activity to select new members who entered the Student Islamic Institution (Lekisma) organization. I was a little late because I had to print my attendance first, I didn't find a photocopy that was open so I had to look for a photocopy for half an hour looking for a photocopy, finally I got it in front of the Poltek campus.

Arriving at campus I immediately recorded the new member form, I thought I was the most late but there were many more besides me who was late.

After registering all the new members, they were immediately tested and tested by examiners for each field they were interested in. The things that were tested were: 1. Fluency in reading the Qur'an, 2. Islamic Insights, 3. Organization, and 4. Interests and Talents.

After everything was tested and tested, we gave directions for the next, represented by Tgk. Abdul Aziz as general chairman of Lekisma. Not all of them were able to attend the test due to their absence, but we held a follow-up test for those who were unable to attend today.

Alhamdulillah everything went smoothly and on target (before noon). Hopefully all of you can pass, if you have been given the mandate, please learn to be responsible and trustworthy in all things, complete our shortcomings so far, take the good as additional knowledge, the bad please understand because we are all ordinary people who do not escape of the so-called error. And thank you for joining our organization.

In the afternoon I just rested in the boarding house while waiting for my friend who said he wanted to come to the boarding house to do the syllabus and lesson plans, we worked on it together until the afternoon.

After that in the afternoon they came home and I took a shower and got ready for the maghrib prayer, after the maghrib prayer I was invited out to look for food by my sister.

And in the evening I continue the material that will be given to my students the next day, after all the material is finished I immediately rest so I don't oversleep tomorrow morning.

Many organizational benefits for students, students are one of the important components of a college and university. Being a student is certainly not an easy thing, but by becoming a student one can have the opportunity to learn more and develop one's potential. One of these things can be learned by participating in and being active in an organization, because there are so many benefits from the organization for students.

Organization, why do we have to organize? An organization is a place for a group of people who work together rationally and systematically, which are led or controlled to achieve certain goals and utilize the resources in it. By organizing we can get many friends and broad insight. Organizations can also train discipline, courage, develop abilities. Both simple abilities and abilities that are new, unique, and different from most people.

Here our organization is called the Student Activity Unit (UKM) of the Al-Furqan Islamic Student Institute (LEKISMA), which is an Islamic organization in the IAIN Lhokseumawe campus. UKM LEKISMA Al-Furqan is a student activity unit that is engaged in Islamic da'wah and becomes a forum for students to develop interests and talents in the religious field in particular and in the field of self-development in general. Among the activities that are self-development are leadership training and the like.
