The Diary Game: 23rd December 2021 - A Date With Mom

Hello Steemians!

Hope you're doing well. As for me, my days are getting pretty hectic with a bit of annoyance, because my tummy is still in recovery phase. Thus, I have loads of things to do, but I need to have a lot of rest in between in order not to stress my tummy.

I would like to share about my day yesterday. The day started early because my preschooler woke up early. We had some simple breakfast together, then I started my work early. I settled work for my first client in the morning, and had lunch soon after. Then, I get ready to go outside to buy some things and continue my second work. Unexpectedly, my mom came to my room and told me about the unfortunate event that happened to her: her spectacles broke. Thus, I changed my plan to instead bring my mother to repair her spectacles at the nearest mall.

Once we reached the mall, I told my mom that I will be waiting at Starbucks while continuing my work. My mom agreed and I waited for her there. Once she arrived at Starbucks, we ordered our beverages and food together. We then found a comfortable place for my mom to relax while waiting for me to work. After some time, my mom went up to the hypermarket to buy some personal things.

When my mom finished, we went for prayers. After Maghrib prayer, we went for dinner at The Chicken Rice Shop, and I continued work again. Once done, I went up to buy some personal stuff, things for my pets and groceries while my mom waited for me at the restaurant. Once done, we went back home. My preschooler was waiting for me at home, and agreed happily when I suggested bedtime to him.

That was how my day went yesterday. :)
