Busyness in the afternoon of Friday 04/30/2021 in the shade of the Lesehan Restaurant,
I took the time to visit while seeing the busy work of the workers there, in the midst of their busyness, I took the time to document some of their activities.

Here they work from 2:00 p.m. to 05:00 a.m., due to the month of Ramadan, they do not work shifts, apart from the month of Ramadan, they will be divided into shifts, with each department working to prepare menus for breaking the fast , with a large volume, because this restaurant accepts orders in large quantities, and they also accept orders that are boking for parties.

After walking around in the front area and capturing some moments, I went straight to the kitchen area, where the workers process food to be served at breaking the fast, when I went to the Lesehan kitchen, there I also captured some moments with their activities.

With a recipe that has been formulated by the chef which of course really uploads our appetite to taste it, there they mix various spices to mix in pieces of fried chicken and grilled chicken. and they also use the time for baking and frying so that all fried chicken and grilled chicken are really cooked.

My personal experience when tasting the grilled chicken menu and the fried chicken menu really feels like the seasoning and it's really cooked. so I would like to cover their activities in this Lesehan Rizki Mubarrakah rental report.

This is a series of my coverage of this afternoon at a two-story restaurant located in Krueng Geukueh City. here they accept party orders for large portions, and various other menus that I did not have time to publish due to my short time.
