Dear Steemit Team!
We begin by thanking you very much for giving us the invaluable opportunity to volunteer as community curators.
We also welcome this special opportunity to continue new initiatives again and really appreciate the new rules that have been put in place over the past few months, there is a slight addition to the rules again for community curators in December which is the minimum SP limit of 3000 SP, which in the previous requirement was only 2500SP. For other rules, there are no changes and are still the same as last month such as not voting on PR posts for the Teaching Team and all curator teams that qualify in December can support free posts as long as they are not plagiarized and not AI-made. Therefore, we are once again gathering a team of passionate people to take on the role of curators in December. We will continue to respect and abide by all Steemitblog rules.
The team we form will consist of three members. If we are given the mandate, we will focus on curation and ensure that all the rules are used properly. All of us have had our first experience as curators before, so if given the responsibility again as December curators, then we will carry out these new rules well including we will support good posts in all existing communities, but we will also support posts outside the community, because there are many good posts there, as well as positive and creative comments as long as they are not plagiarized or AI-made.

I was born in Bangladesh and live in Bangladesh. So my first language is Bangla. I can read, write and speak Bangla fluently. I am good at English too, as it is the second language of our country, and I know Hindi and Arabic( can't write) too.
I try to help the new user by making comments on their posts and providing guidelines on Discord. I do voluntary work for newcomers to this platform, and every Friday on Steem for Bangladesh community's discord channel, I join online classes for users as a Co-host.
Here's my experience surviving on Steemit:
At the end of 2023 I was entrusted as Moderator of the STEEM KINDS & PARENT community, still serving until now. In early 2024, my best friend and I built the STEEM LENSA community. A few months after entering 2024, I was entrusted as Moderator of the STEEM SEA Community and still serves until now. I also often join the steem.amal community to help anyone who needs help such as distributing aid to fire victims, distributing masks during the corona period last year and so on.
The most valuable experience came recently when I qualified as one of the members of Team 07 who was entrusted to hold the keys to Steemcurator09 in November 2024. Hopefully it will be the best again next month.
I've always seen this role as my act of service to all and sundry on the platform and that is actually what it is in the real sense...this is exactly why I have decided to serve again alongside my team mates who are also dedicated to this course. A brief introduction about me can be found below.
I joined this platform on the 4th of March 2021. I have spent close to 4 years on the platform already and I have equally learnt a whole lot staying around and building myself on the platform.
I also believe the wealth of experience I have gained over time will be relevant in helping me discharge my duty effectively. I presently serve as a Moderator in Steem4Nigeria and Nature and Agriculture Community and have equally served in the capacity of a community curator a couple of times using the SC05 & 07 and presently using the 09 account. I have also contributed in my little way to the growth of my country via promotions, recruitment, and mentoring of newbies.

We have ensured that coming from different regions and time zones, it will be easier for us to maintain consistent curation efforts. Maybe not that, but we have the experience to lead the curation team and adhere to all the rules.
Based on the experience we have found before in various curation teams, we are confident and believe that we are able to provide a good level of curation. The experience we have gone through in leading various curation teams has certainly brought us great success. Our team is also skilled in using various tools such as abuse detection. Before curating a post, we are highly experienced in checking for plagiarism, AI content, club status, CSI voting. Not only that, we will visit various communities and visit posts outside the community according to the new rules to find many good posts there, we will even find weighty comments to choose from with the aim of fostering interest and interaction among steemians.
We are experienced in serving as leadership team members in various communities, with the aim of showing our dedication to our good responsibilities. For all these reasons, please consider us as your curator team in December and we can also assure you that we will carry out our important duties properly and in accordance with the rules.
