City of History-Malacca
Malacca is the oldest ancient city in Malaysia. The biggest feature of this ancient city is its complex cultural integration. Because of the large number of immigrants in the small city, the buildings in the city, the language of the local residents, and the food are very diverse.
You will see Chinese-style temples, Dutch-style buildings, and Portuguese-style villages. Many locals speak several languages. Chinese tourists must visit Sanbao Temple, Qingyun Pavilion and China Mountain. Don't miss the delicious overseas Chinese food.

The front door of the museum is in the Red Room, and the back door is behind St. Paul’s Church, which is like a shortcut to St. Paul’s Church. Moreover, the museum is air-conditioned. St. Paul’s Church was built in 1521 by the Portuguese together with St. Paul’s Castle. It is the oldest church built by Europeans in Southeast Asia. Because the famous missionary Saint Francis was buried here, a statue of Saint Francis was erected in front of the church. Every weekend, the Dutch descendants of Malacca come here to worship him.
On the high ground where St. Paul’s Church is located, you can overlook most of Malacca. I boarded here after 3 pm, the weather is not so hot, you can look at the sea opposite, or you can rest comfortably on the grass. St. Paul’s Church holds sound and light evenings every night, with Malay at 20:30 and English at 22:00. During Ramadan, there is only one session in English every night, held at 20:30 in the evening.

Follow the flow of people to the end of Jonker Street, where there is a performance stage.
The most lingering things on Jonker Street are all kinds of pastries and souvenirs. The Sanshugong pastry shop at the entrance of the street, made with unique craftsmanship, has become the best choice for people to buy souvenirs from Malacca.
