ASSALAMUALAIKUM
Hi steemian friends
How are you all? Hopefully healthy, today I will return to making a post about agriculture on this happy day the weather is very bright the sky looks clean in the morning and the plants are starting to feel fresh after the rain fell for the past few days now in my area it is still the rainy season
I monitor the development of chili plant seedlings that I have sown since October 22, 2024 and now it is 22 days old after sowing the growth is very good has a sturdy stem and large leaves this is a superior cayenne pepper seedling with the abayomi variety
It can be seen that the development is very simultaneous and healthy with the stem starting to get big and about 4 to 5 centimeters long this is a very good development to stimulate its growth I water it with ultradap compound fertilizer from the Paktani company which is very soluble in water and is very safe to apply by pouring and spraying
To prevent it from falling due to rainwater and wilting due to the heat of the sun, so I use paranet as a roof and add a sack that has been sewn so that the water rain does not penetrate, I did this chili seedling in a special mold that I bought at an online store
This mold is called a motrai and is made of plastic and is easy to adjust, has a tapered and perforated bottom, it is certain that water will not settle and the elastic bottom surface can be pressed to remove intact seeds along with the seedling soil, this method can save a lot of manpower and money than having to fill polybags
While waiting for the chili seeds to be ready to be planted, I prepared the land in two places with the number of plantings this time 1,500 stems, I have processed this land first before I covered it with plastic mulch, this land is ready to be planted with chilies because I have sprinkled dolomite lime and I have given NPK phonska chemical fertilizer and SP36 fertilizer after that I have also sprayed the EM4 germs that I have fragmented.
The plan to plant this chili will be carried out on November 23, 2024 if there are no obstacles.
greetings
