I'm exhausted.. I'm lying on my bed. I can't do anything. I did pull-ups as much as I can, and used several machines for shoulder muscle. My weight is still stucked in the recent level. I recognized that getting lean muscles is really difficult.
Anyways, I bought some groceries, pork, tofu, eggs, and so on. I'll cook dinner soon. Eating well is also an important part in terms of getting lean muscles.
